Jersey Mike's Subs

I went to Jersey Mikes in Scottsboro. I moved from Jersey to Alabama 3 years ago. I hadn't had a sub since I left. Well nothing that could be considered a sub. Everything here is on a biscuit. I finally noticed a Jersey Mikes in town and decided to try. I'm so glad I did, it was unbelievable. I got roast beef, provolone , lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and extra juice. The people made it perfect . They were as nice as can be and really seemed to care about my sub. It showed, it was Delicious. I only wish I could fit more in my stomach. I wish more people would give Jersey Mike's a try. Its definitely a lunch that's above all the rest. Thank you. Your forever customer

The food has went down hill since they opened. My sub is very sloppy, not well put together, not fresh toppings.

Came in today they were short staffed but the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so friendly , apologized and thanked us for our patience. They made our experience top tier. Food was so good , every location I’ve been to has been good this one was SO GOOD ! These ladies deserve a raise ! Absolutely will be back!

Three women in there working and they are too busy talking and not waiting on customers 7 people in line and only 1 got waited and I stood there for 16 minutes.

We recently had a extremely bad experience at the University Drive location in Huntsville and it made me want to shout out how much I appreciate the Jersey Mike's in Scottsboro. The food is always good, of course, but the staff are what really stand out - always polite, helpful and fast. Only once did I have a problem with an order and they are the ones that brought it to my attention and had it fixed almost immediately.

A great place to get a good sandwich served by some great people. Thanks!

Order was completely wrong down to the point where I ordered my sandwich with rosemary bread and received white as well as I ordered a Philly cheese steak and got chicken. Complete incompetent workers at this establishment and I will not recommend nor will ever go back.

Great service, fresh food, clean and I love that they have a 3rd smaller portion size for those of us that don't like as much bread.

why is everyone so confused at this place? they NEVER get anything correct. y'all literally have the information right in front of you on what to make but yet still get it wrong. wrong bread and im pretty sure that's a whole bottle of OIL on the sandwich and paper.

Wasn't pleased with our sandwiches at all. The chains in Huntsville are much better. For the price and there was very little meat. Mostly just alot of lettuce. Huntsville locations give you twice the meat we got here.
