I went to Jersey Mikes in Scottsboro. I moved from Jersey to Alabama 3 years ago. I hadn't had a sub since I left. Well nothing that could be considered a sub. Everything here is on a biscuit. I finally noticed a Jersey Mikes in town and decided to try. I'm so glad I did, it was unbelievable. I got roast beef, provolone , lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and extra juice. Came in today they were short staffed but the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so friendly , apologized and thanked us for our patience. They made our experience top tier. Food was so good , every location I’ve been to has been good this one was SO GOOD ! These ladies deserve a raise ! Absolutely will be back!

We recently had a extremely bad experience at the University Drive location in Huntsville and it made me want to shout out how much I appreciate the Jersey Mike's in Scottsboro. The food is always good, of course, but the staff are what really stand out - always polite, helpful and fast. Only once did I have a problem with an order and they are the ones that brought it to my attention and had it fixed almost immediately.
