They need to get online and change their hours if they're going to keep closing early every night got told no we don't close till 10:00 but we're not operating right now completely ridiculous this is the third time in a week that they've closed an hour early just to tell me that they don't close till 10:00 but they're not serving anybody honestly they might as well shut down the KFC just like the dern dairy Queen that they shut down

Went through drive thru and ordered a single famous bowl combo and were asked to pull up and wait which lasted for 20-30 minutes mind you 4/5 ingredients are premade. 20 minutes for 4 pieces of popcorn chicken. No apology for ridiculous wait and employee seemed to have an attitude issue staring us down. There was also another car parked and they were complaining to me that they had been waiting for 25 minutes or more. Two cars maybe 6 orders total nearly hour combined wait. Shut it down or clean house

Went in to order expecting to sit and eat with my wife. We were the only ones there and for some reason they did not wait on us for 3-5 minutes. When they did come to take our order they said we could not stay and eat because they were closing the dinningroom in 30 minutes. We were giving them our order and they were out of chicken and it would take a while to cook. Well by then they will be closing so we left dissatisfied in our visit. We felt very unwelcome and that we were an inconvenience to them. If we want KFC again we will go out of Scottsboro or Chick-Fil-A.

I ordered last week. 2 breast, I got one breast and a thigh. But since then I saw their commercial and I am NEVER EATING KFC AGAIN!!!

Me and my husband just left from here and we got two sweet teas and it's God awful we got unsweet tea and it tastes like the tea pitcher hasn't been cleaned at all

Scottsboro KFC is a JOKE... They told me it would be 15 minutes for 1 order of Fries, because there fryers needed to heat up at 4pm on a Friday.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.....This place is a joke. I ordered a 12 piece meal through the drive thru. When I got home I found I had gotten 1 piece of Breast and the rest where thighs....I knew their was a reason I quit going there.....I will not be back
