Scottsboro KFC is a JOKE... They told me it would be 15 minutes for 1 order of Fries, because there fryers needed to heat up at 4pm on a Friday.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.....This place is a joke. I ordered a 12 piece meal through the drive thru. When I got home I found I had gotten 1 piece of Breast and the rest where thighs....I knew their was a reason I quit going there.....I will not be back

We placed an order and was asked to pull up and wait for fries for 3 minutes. We waited over 15 minutes and no one came to check on us. I went in to check on the order and the entire staff was having a party. They proceeded to tell me that the fryer had to heat up and that it would be additional time to wait for the order. The entire staff was out in the lobby exchanging gifts. No work was being done.

I went to KFC to place an order at 11:06 am, went through the drive thru, or tried!! Pulled up, I said Hello, no one would answer! Even though there was 5 cars on the parking lot. Finally, after I kept saying hello, a person answered me. I asked if they were open, they said no! On a Saturday? I asked what time they were going to open, and they told me they didn't know? What kind of place is this?? That was a few months ago, I have not been back since! My family and I love chicken, so now Zaxby's gets our business. Won't spend my money in the Scottsboro KFC, unless they do something different!!!

Stopped in for a four piece meal to go and I was promptly waited on and served in about 5 minutes.. when I got home it was still pretty warm.. the chicken was a little greasy but tasty along with the sides of mashed potatoes and gravy.. cole slaw and biscuits.. the inside was clean and the employees were polite and professional..
Still currently waiting on my food as I write this review. We’ve been here for 40 minutes now waiting on 2 orders of chicken watching as 5 other cars get their orders before us (we were the first ones here) and they came out and told us it’s going to be another ten minutes… 12 minutes ago. Not coming back
