Baby Bug
The vibe was off. I came in with my two kids and boyfriend and the employees went and catered by the drive through window. As I was putting my one year old in a high chair the employees where sticking there heads out from behind equipment staring at me. It made me super uncomfortable. I won't be going back. I picked my kids up and we weren't over to what a burger.

Went through drive through got family meal with chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw get home no gravy!!! I live 26 minutes from there not going back for the gravy like how hard is it to DO YOUR JOB!!!! So annoying

Giving these guys a 3/5 service is trash at the drive through. The I'm too good to even serve you attitude. Now the food is ok fries 5/5 pot pie 5/5 soda 3/5 not that good chicken tenders 4/5 would I go back? nope WhatAburger next door needs to give these people customer service training they are next level and treat people like people.

Went by after 3yrs of not eating there, for the sole purpose of giving them another try. Pulled up, doors are locked. Ok? Swing over to the drive thru. Got the prerecorded greeting..... then NOTHING. Waited 5 more minutes. Nah. I went to Jack's.

Terribly slow service. Went through the drive thru and was the only car here, ordered 2 combos and was asked to pull up. Then waited 30 minutes before going inside to see what was taking so long. The person preparing the food was too busy texting to pay attention to the orders. No surprise that they got the order wrong

Been by there 6 times over last 3 weeks some inside and some drive through. Was told each time that it was a 40 minute wait time on chicken! Had to go to Jack's. Think I will skip the heart break and just go to Jack's . Sorry kfc I love your food but if I can't get it you have lost my business.

The last three times I’ve been to this location, I was told there was no chicken ready and would have to wait 20 minutes so I left. Today I decided to place an order online an hour and half before pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they had no chicken cooked and it would be 20 minutes. Since I paid online and drove 30 minutes to pick up my order I sat in my car for the extra 20 mins. This is the worse KFC I’ve ever been to.

I got 12 peace meal got 11 peaces chicken not even half bowl mashed potatoes not even half bowl of macaroni and cheese it sucks over 40$ for this mess wasn't worth 10$
I wanted to write this to say that Donna was fantastic. She helped me fix a mistake that I accidentally made when I made my order on line. She was polite and courteous.

They need to get online and change their hours if they're going to keep closing early every night got told no we don't close till 10:00 but we're not operating right now completely ridiculous this is the third time in a week that they've closed an hour early just to tell me that they don't close till 10:00 but they're not serving anybody honestly they might as well shut down the KFC just like the dern dairy Queen that they shut down

Went through drive thru and ordered a single famous bowl combo and were asked to pull up and wait which lasted for 20-30 minutes mind you 4/5 ingredients are premade. 20 minutes for 4 pieces of popcorn chicken. No apology for ridiculous wait and employee seemed to have an attitude issue staring us down. There was also another car parked and they were complaining to me that they had been waiting for 25 minutes or more. Two cars maybe 6 orders total nearly hour combined wait. Shut it down or clean house
