The waffle and sausage and cheese and egg is good and fresh but the thing is when I went in this morning through the drive thru window I ask for a veteran discount and the lady said That they don't give any discount the other day with was wensday I got one,I get a veteran discount at the krystal in Kimball Tennessee, we get a veteran discount every time we walk in over at Hardees in scottsboro right down the street from you,I guess that why I never see any business here at krystal when I come it sad you don't respect you veteran or you elderly people that helped you along in this world

Service via drive up. Hadn't had a crystal in 6 months. It was obvious they had been sitting on greasy grill. The buns were soggy and greasy. And it took them a while but they obviously did not cook fresh hamburgers.

Order here for the 1st time around 9pm and the food tasted fresh, made CORRECTLY & the lady and older gentleman were kind & friendly. Worth every dollar.
Service was great!!! Food was trash. Been to other Krystals before. Was never dissappointed. Hot food all around. Food here was just above room temp at best. Obviously been sitting. What a joke. Never eating here again!!
