I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. I had a very disappointing experience at this Krystal’s location due to one of the workers, Samantha. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, Samantha made the entire visit uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Everyone has bad days, but there’s no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect.

Weve ordered from this krystals 50+ times and everytime we order no onions with no problem but today they gave us our food with onions, small mistake i came in and they said theyd fix it. I got my “new” order and there was the exact same amount of onions if not more… we came back in and the manager was very rude about it and made us wait over 20 minutes for 4 krystals after telling us theyd have to clean the grill and they didnt want to. Ive never left a review before but after all the looks and attitude we received after us being very respectful about the whole situation it was a horrible experience. The drive through lady was very nice.

Stopped to get a sack fill and some chili cheese fries. They did NOT disappoint. We had to wait for our food to be cooked fresh, and it indeed was hot and fresh. The chili cheese fries had our extra cheese and chili as ordered😍 too many other places in town disappoint me. I will always come to this Krystal as long as they keep up the good work. Way to go guys!

Quality of food has gone down as prices skyrocket. 4 burgers and a small drink are over $10. Once my favorite fast food chili, and now it tastes like brown liquid salt. Drive-thru is slow, and service has been lackluster since the dining room closed for Covid. Now, you never know if the dine inside or not.

After 6pm it’s a door dashers worst nightmare. This is the slowest restaurant in Scottsboro. Drive thru employee rude and so slow. Please never dash here
