Quality of food has gone down as prices skyrocket. 4 burgers and a small drink are over $10. Once my favorite fast food chili, and now it tastes like brown liquid salt. Drive-thru is slow, and service has been lackluster since the dining room closed for Covid. Now, you never know if the dine inside or not.

First time here. Went in at end of breakfast service and ordered a biscuit combo meal, the biscuit was hard as a rock and they forgot the tots. Just kind of silly that it was not busy so it’s not like they didn’t have time to make it fresh. and I’m sure I just got the end, That’s been sitting there for a while.. there was a fresh egg but that was about it. I took it back because I’m not paying $7+ for something I didn’t get Not impressed at all. Will not be back!

Fries stone cold,burgersstone cold and they tasted like they were cooked when they first opened and set to the side not warm at all And ranch fries used cold fries and very few in box not worth the price RIPOFF!!! And big girl running drive threw never gives a receipt!!!!!!!! I know she weighed 5 ton!!!!@@

Well people this was my last trip to Krystal. When a person gets 5 hot wings and 4 Chick and 2 Krystal burgers and it's $27.72 it's time to go to Golden Corral for a price like that!!!!!!! NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY PUT THE POLES UP SO YOU COULD NOT GET OUT OF LINE. Just saying, YES I DID THANK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!! Way way too much for mayo burgers! Oh yeah don't forget the mustard. Nasty ?
BTW you can get something to eat at McDonald's for $5 lol but no hot wings.

Chicken sandwich my wife ordered with pickles only didn't have them I ordered Krystal's and no pickles so much mustard dang maybe the ones fixing the food work on the food rather than playing on their phones might be better!! Sorry
