I ordered pizza ahead to pick up several hours ago and it’s 4 minutes from being an hour past and it’s still not ready. Pretty surprised to not see other customers leaving as my neighboring car said they waited more than 45 minutes
I’ve been calling in orders for fresh crazy bread for years. Tonight, I was told it’s a ‘hot n ready’ item and they couldn’t take my order over the phone that I have to come to the store, place my order and wait while they made my order and was told they have new management 🤷♀️I told them never mind.
The service was horrible when asked to speak to the manager received even worse customer service. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! Shame on the staff ruining Little Caesar's reputation. :-(
