Service- every employee ignores you and never acknowledges customers. If you don’t order at the kiosk, they never come to the counter. Receipts aren’t being printed at the kiosk, so you have no way of verifying your order.
Atmosphere- it’s not clean at all, floors are sticky and tables are not wiped down. It stinks like old grease in the lobby area also.

My boyfriend went through the drive thru, was sitting there for 5 minutes, no one was coming over the head set, so he left and they were just sitting there chitchatting to each other and had all headsets put up just staring at him through the window and told him they were closed even though they don’t close for another hour or 2.

They don't want to work. I arrived in the early hours to buy a hamburger and they told me it was closed. It's supposed to be open 24 hours.
I went to pick up a doordash and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes bc come to find out they had not even started it because their computers were messed up. I finally asked about it and one of the managers pulled it up on her iPad and apologized and got the order ready after that. As are a lot of places in Scottsboro I think they stay short-handed.

I eat at this location every morning before work. I do this for two reasons. The most important reason is that I know for sure that my order will be made correctly. I am a creature of habit, and having the menu item always available is so important. I don’t have to think about it; I am able to order and get going. The second is that I know that I will be able to get in and out quickly. The longest time I have ever spent in the drive-thru from the moment I pulled in was five minutes.

I had a mobile order. The manager could not find in her system and was very rude about it. I had it on my phone and was even charged for it already. She walked away leaving me at the front counter after I showed the cashier I already made she asked the manager again. And the manager very hatefully said well take her order again. I didn't receive all my food and it took 45 mins to get it.

When you walk into a lobby and stand there while one employee is talking to her boyfriend while 2 others walk around and dont acknowledge, what do you do. You turn around and walk right back out. I came in due to wanting to give mcdonalds 1 last chance. I was going ro order very simple 2 large fries no salt and a big mac with sauce on the side . I waited until after 7 pm with no drivw thru and empty order area. If employees cant even nod at you let alone say hello ill be with you in a moment. Then i will remain done with this chain. Be blessed.

My visit on 11-2-25 was pretty good just wish when you say order for here they could give a tray instead of a bag had to ask for a tray and watched another guy do the same.

I love mcdonalds don't get me wrong but you have no idea how tired I am as someone who uses dipping sauces of paying for them and not ever getting them especially whenever I literally put alot of the same sauce on the order its not difficult like 5 different ones or anything no just one kind and I'm so beyond sick of it to the point to where I literally rather go anywhere else than go here because I already know I'm not going to get what I ordered I don't typically like to complain but this is just ridiculous among other things but like literally and it was a curbside order after sitting in the drive through for 30 mins and it wasn't busy busy it all got piled up because everyone was waiting at the Window for stuff

The worst McDonald’s on the planet. Do not recommend. It’s insulting that they will give you a correct receipt taped to your bag with not a single item correct inside it. I’m not joking, ordered 2 hashbrowns & a sandwich but was given 3 burritos at curbside pick up. I called corporate customer service & they are processing my refund. What’s the rush? It was curbside, plenty of time to read the order if you’re able to read, & look your 2 eyes into the bag if you’re not blind. I am tired of wasting money in this economy on food I didn’t even order.
