Stood at the front counter for 15 MINUTES without exaggerating. The manager told me she'll get to me "when she can" because the drive through is her priority. 4 or 5 different customers walked out behind me, and customers who ordered before me at the counter were still waiting for their food, which they paid for and ordered at least 20 minutes ago. Long story short, they only attend to you if you are in the drive through. They absolutely pay zero attention to you if you're a dine in customer. Went next door to Wendy's and they took care of me right away. Manager needs an attitude adjustment.

Fish sandwich isn't an option on the food list here, but it is really good. My food was hot and fresh from this particular store.

Got sexual harassed in the lobby by a male staff member, cockroachs in and around the drink machine, bathroom looked and smelled awful, food was under cooked and made incorrectly, they forgot my sauce overall don't go here not worth it

First of all I haven’t had a problem with this McDonald’s at all. Friday Jan 31 I had waited 20 ish minutes while I was on my own break from work which I did not mind because I could eat it at my workplace but with the last few minutes as I got there I had the wrong food. Idk if they have new trainees starting or what bc I called and they said I could go and get it remade which I wanted a spicy mccrispy deluxe with American cheese first time I got just a regular one. Second time basically a Big Mac with a chicken patty on it. I tried calling but the line isn’t working. Maybe they can get this fixed or at least train the cooks. I am going back tmr bc I feel terrible just throwing food away.
Love using the app to order. My order is always ready on arrival. Thanks McDonalds!

Food quality just isn’t like it used to be years ago. So not my type of a restaurant for me. This would be more less my emergency stop when traveling here. The food especially the French fries is still greasy as heck !

I tried to order a caramel frappe in the drive thru and they said “We can’t do Frappes right now.” I was okay with that and proceeded with ordering and paying. When I got to the second window I witnessed the same worker who took my order, actively make 2 frappes right in front of me. We even made eye contact. I believe this worker was a manager matter of fact. Then a second worker shoves my food at me through the window without a word. Too stunned to speak I just drove off confused and bewildered. Chances are low of me returning to this establishment. :(
