Just once I would like to receive my order the way it was ordered. How hard is it to read a computer screen or a piece of paper. I glad I don’t have an allergy to dairy products when my order said NO CHEESE but you decide to put some on there anyway. And can you also please cook your fries until they’re done. No one likes fries that look like wilted flowers when you pick them up.

The Mc Donald's in Scottsboro was very busy, and very clean, especially the restroom. The frappie machine was giving the woman an issue, but she fixed it fast and got the frappies up for everyone who ordered them. They apologized for the wait, but there was no reason to do that as she worked hard to make it go smoothly!

There’s been several times I’ve went to this restaurant, this one instance I was in line to order food and seen a buddy of mine in the back and I just waved to say hey. Then the manager proceeded to tell me I needed to leave because I’m distracting his workers. I found out the managers name is Patrick and I’ve seen this particular manager be extremely rude with his customers and employees. I’ve worked at jacks fast food for 6 years and never have I witnessed such rude and vulgar behavior from a manager towards his employees and customers.

I went here the other night and the woman at the second window was absolutely rude she handed me my food and I was like ty have a good night and she just shut the window like three times as I tried to tell her to have a good night. I really love me some McDonald's and hope she never serves me again!

I'm an eleven year old boy and I nicely ask for a rag for a dirty table a woman which was rude responded with "when I get the chance I will bring you a rag but there is other tables to sit at" another lady told my family she was being rude to them too and that is not okay. She also left food that she thought was ours and clearly left on the table across the room for ten minutes.

I’ve held off from leaving a review the past several times I have ate here, but the food seems to be getting worse each time. The workers are not friendly and the orders are never correct. The fries are not warm nor fresh. The burgers are just thrown together and never made correctly. The boxes that the burgers come in are covered in sauces that don’t even come on the specific burger and much more. Definitely don’t recommended this franchise to anyone. Management definitely needs to improve.

It was ok nothing to write home about had to circle around because I couldn't get anyone to answer the outside drive through also just for 2 kids it was almost 25 -30 bucks for nothing but it is the same as all the other fast foods around

Come on mcd's...lots of fastfood places givein u competition(for cheaper I will add?)and y'all slacking....get it together or get out the way I say...I will edit & update either way u go ☝???for now , I'll give y'all a few,only few more chances to earn my lil bits( but as talking heads figure....lil bits add up, and they FALL ?)just saying ....

Not sure why I keep coming back to THIS McDonald's. It never fails to disappoint.So, I heard about the new and improved burger patties, and I figured I'd give them a try. I ordered the mcdouble and fry.The sandwich was only lukewarm. The fries were the same, and limpy. The so- called new patties didn't taste any different than the old ones. In fact, you could tell they were cooked awhile ago. Not fresh at all.I hope I remember to never come back to this specific restaurant.I must mention this... during the five minutes I was in there, I observed the fry- station worker keep touching the back of his pants with his gloved hands. The girl that just got off break had rubbed her runny nose with her hand, then immediately get a customer's food. The guy that bagged my food (I believe was the manager) had just shaken hands with a dirty- looking customer, didn't wash his hands afterwards, then bagged my food.There needs to be some retraining on cleanliness... for real...AND, some training about fresh food.I will mention that the woman that waited on me was fantastic. Friendly, clean, and hard- working. I wish I would've caught her name.
