Ordered pizza while we were shopping in Walmart and they said it would be ready in 7-17 minutes. By the time we checked out at Walmart and headed to Papa Johns which is super close to Walmart our pizzas were ready and tasted great!

Placed 2 orders on the first one they called back and said they couldn't make half my order so they canceledit. Then on the second one waited over an hour and a half they then called and told me they couldn't deliver it.

Food was ok, service not so great. Show up to pick my order up and there are 5 people inside. Seem to me goofing off. One kid has long stringy hair with no hair net, I almost left before even going in to grab my food. They where supposed to have had my order ready for pickup. I watched them put my order in the oven after telling them I was there to pick up. Papa John's is started to slide down hill, who is your GM at this location?
I could only give one star for service because as soon as I placed my order it was cancelled. They have no driver. Why offer delivery if you can't deliver?

Pizza didn’t have enough cheese, bubbly and had to recut the crust with a knife or tear the pizza apart. Light on cheese and hardly any sauce!

Had great service tonight, big thanks to our driver David for getting everything out here fresh and so quick, it was almost too hot to eat! Got a gluten free pizza & mushroom, the cookie, and a customized garlic stuffed crust pizza. Everything tasted great, and came as ordered.

Great pizza, hot and made just the way you want it.
The word to describe this location: inconsistent.I hate that this local location isn't more consistent as I love Papa Johns. I have had many well made pizzas from this location but many others that were just thrown together. The wait is always longer than the other chains in town. It is also often closed at odd times, and the app has trouble recognizing when it is actually open. The specials are often higher than any of the other chains in town as well.Takeaway: It is usually a gamble on whether you get a well made pizza or a mediocre one. Either way you will likely be waiting a while. 3.5/5 stars

Ordered over the phone. Was told 20 minutes to pick up. Arrived after 20 minutes. Was told it would be a sec. They seemed confused. Waited 20 more minutes to be told they never made my pizza. Luckily I didn't pay. Walked out with no pizza because I waited long enough. Terrible communication and customer service. Nobody knew what was going on. Probably won't return

They don't even pay their employees tips. I have been here so many times and their management is a joke. I tipped someone in the employee jar, and the company keeps the money. It's bullcrap. The people who work there are treated like garbage, step up PJ.
