My niece went there on 10/3 with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend ordered some wings, and when they came out it wasn't what he ordered. The server Tonya argued with him about his order, and told him next time just say that. They got the bill, and she over charged them for their meal. They got it fixed by the i am manager, and Tonya comes up questioning the manager on why she's fixing their ticket. Now my niece is a server as well. Now that lady Tonya had an attitude as soon as they walked in the door for what we don't know but I have a problem with that.

Ordered chicken Alfredo, NY style pizza,8 piece stuffed pepperoni placed order at 7:08pm and it arrived at around 8:20pm.even though it was in a pizza bag in the back of a pickup truck it was cold myself personally don't like cold chicken Alfredo very unhappy customer

When I got pizza this time I had asked for a sausage and onion but was givin a sausage and mushroom! I hate mushrooms and our cheese pizza was stuck on the box lid. We had to cut it off! This time everything was horrible and we had to wait 10 minutes for this AND it was cut all weird.

Scottsboro AL Pizza Hut beats every other pizza place around - especially our local Scottsboro Domino's. From prices to quality, they are THE BEST!!!
I ordered 2 pepperoni pan pizzas and breadsticks online and when I got there I sat in line at the window for 10 minutes before anyone ever noticed me then the lady that waited on me was super nice but when I got my pizzas both of them were not cooked long enough. To the point of my cheese not even being melted in spots!!! The dough was so undercooked that we could not even eat them after driving 45 minutes to get them and then driving another 45 minutes to get home. I was going to eat a piece about 20 minutes into my drive home when I realized what they sold me!!! And of course they closed and wouldn’t answer the phones!!! I’m so disappointed PIZZA HUT!!!
