Tried to get a 10 piece box of chicken and were told they don't make boxes of chicken over a 4 piece box. If your not making something, then DONT advertise that you do. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes for nothing.

Says “open til 10 pm” showed up at 7:20 pm at the drive through. Waited 5 mins for someone to speak over the intercom, no one did. Tried to call phones to see if they were closing, no one answered. All lights were on. Someone was behind the counter counting money but ignored us when we pulled up to the window. If they were closing early, that’s fine, no big deal, but at least put signs up to notify people and turn some lights off.

The staff are highly disrespectful and unprofessional. They act like thugs. The employees run all over management and decide for themselves when they open and when they close. They refuse service to anyone who reports their conduct to upper management. I would highly recommend that you don’t eat at this awful excuse of a restaurant. Management seriously needs to clean house and fire all current staff. I have also wrote a report to DoorDash and a few other places. I will be pushing for them to take this place off of their apps.

I love popeyes, chicken was great as usual as well as their mashed potatoes with gravy. This specific location was out of unsweetened tea (well I was able to get half a cup), their diet coke fountain drink was clear (bottle needed changed out), and my red beans and rice was missing the rice, red beans were good though. Still good food, just a few issues.

I ordered classic chicken strips & they gave me blackened chicken strips. When I went bck around to have them fix my order they told me I ordered blackened not classic despite me making it clear I didnt even know blackened was an option. I asked for my money back rather than fixing the order & I was told she wasnt giving me either & I could leave then closed the window on me.

Lobby was locked due to only 2 employees, but manager opened door and took care of me( i was driving truck that wouldnt go thru drive thru). Very nice folks at this location. Will go back.

I ever get talked to by one of the meanest drive thru employees again I will raise hell in your lobby. Unacceptable to be dealt with that way. I will be coming back demanding a refund it's ridiculous I can't get fresh food with spending almost $50.
If you're going to e close early put it on the website so people don't waste their time and money coming to your store

It's normally good, but recently they've not only been closed during hours they shouldn't be, but incredibly rude about informing me of that, as though I should just be able to magically predict when they'll decide to close in the middle of the day.

Got crispy chicken sandwich meal with fries, and a crispy chicken sand meal with mashed potatoes, and a biscuit, chicken was full of grease on sandwiches, fries was cold and hard, didn't get biscuit I paid for and no fork for mashed potatoes "drive thru" when I'm paying almost 20 bucks for food I expect to get what I order and it being fresh...not wasting my money at Popeyes anymore,
