Server not trained in food allergies / gluten free. Did get gluten free soy sauce but hibachi dish was served with wheat based noodles (server had no clue). Spicy roll trio dinner was a large portion but presentation / appearance was not good. Tast was ok - a bit over spiced which dominated the flavor compared to other restaurants. Server did not communicate well and not very attentive - seemed too interested in the baseball game.
Pretty good food. I had the Dragon Roll and Steak Hibachi. My daughter had the California Roll and the kid's Steak and Noodles. Service was good, but slightly vacant. I had to wave them down a few times for a box and my check, but that's alright. They were super pleasant.We spent about $20 each, but we had a full meal AND a sushi roll each, so it made sense.The photo below is of the kid's Steak and Noodles.
This is by far the best restaurant in Scottsboro, let alone the best Asian cuisine in Jackson county, Alabama.The owners are amazing people and extremely cordial and make you feel like family from day one.
