I am a huge fan of Sonic, so that gets 5 stars. However, the fries have been like tree sticks the last few times I have gone. The burger and soft pretzel were delicious. The staff is great, very nice and respectful. The atmosphere is 50/50 this trip bc we went thru drive thru.

I am so tired of coming to sonic asking if the unicorn straws are available being told yes they are then ordering the okay drink that comes the straw just to get home and find out there's no straw. This is a terrible promotion idea if you don't even hold up your end of the promotion for the drink.

Love the fries. Smash burger was ok. It was not as impressive as I had hoped but was a step above some other fast food burgers. Service was quick, staff was friendly.
Ordered onion rings & cheese sticks- told them up front when ordering we needed Mariana & ketchup. Order came out with no sauces. Buzzed in again & asked for my sauces- they didn't bring right out- they placed as another order & we had to wait on them just like it was being cooked in the kitchen. Food was cold by time they just brought ketchup & sauces.

We ordered footlong hotdogs with no cheese... it came out with cheese. We were traveling and starving so we ate it. The fries were cold, and the footlong had to be eaten with a fork. The bus was soggy and fell apart.
