We ordered footlong hotdogs with no cheese... it came out with cheese. We were traveling and starving so we ate it. The fries were cold, and the footlong had to be eaten with a fork. The bus was soggy and fell apart.

We paid over 35.00 for 2 shakes, 1 chicken tender,1 lg onion ring,1 corn dog, 1 smash burger. The food was disgusting and inedible it was not cooked fresh it had been cooked prior and refried. Will not be back.

Came in around 10:30 and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one ever said anything, I understand if it was too close to closing but it still would have been nice to have been told instead of getting stared at and ignored…

This Sonic is really a mixed bag.

Sometimes you go and there's an amazing guy on skates who gets your order out quickly and is super fast and friendly, everything is fresh and delicious.

However sometimes you go on a Saturday night in late August and the chicken sandwich is burnt, it takes 25 minutes to get your order because "the ticket didn't get checked in" even though you can see on the app that it did, and the kids working in the restaurant are obviously barely paying attention to what they're supposed to be doing.

3 stars due to this. Day shift is usually amazing. Evening shift seems to be super sub par.

Ordered med combo meal, brought a kids size drink. I asked if it was the right size and the server said "I dunno i think they just picked whatever cup" no offer was made to get the correct size so I asked if I could get the size I ordered and she said yeah hold on and went inside. Then came out without a drink and said she needed the kids cup back first. Then brought me the correct size drink.

Wouldn't be such a big deal if they would give free refills or if they didn't charge so much for drinks / refills.
