I order through the app and it supposedly 1/2 off but the discount price they gave me was not half off. Reg. Price before discount was $4.49 after discount it was $2.64 which was only .40 cents more. If you have it advertised being half off it should have been $2.245 and not $2.64. So all these years Sonic has been stealing from me on their half off drinks and I get this 4 times a week. Every $1.60 a week for 52 weeks comes out to $83.20 a year that Sonic has stolen from me.
The customer service here is amazing there are a few technical difficulties with machines but Don't blame the workers it's due to weather accident. the customer service is outstanding and the food is amazing
I am a huge fan of Sonic, so that gets 5 stars. However, the fries have been like tree sticks the last few times I have gone. The burger and soft pretzel were delicious. The staff is great, very nice and respectful. The atmosphere is 50/50 this trip bc we went thru drive thru.
