i love coffee
We went on a Sunday around noon, it was slow so we received our drinks pretty quickly, then a rush came in after us which was handled pretty well. Other than that the place was over all a mess. They were out of cups, small only, the trash was overflowing, the counters were filthy with food debris everywhere, everything looked grimy and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in weeks. I would not go here again.

Both bathrooms were very filthy. Tables were not clean. 6 staff working but the service was incredibly slow. Many boxes stacked up in the floor. Coffee was good when we finally got it. Protocol seemed to be prioritizing orders through the app over in store orders. Many in store customers (not just us) asking where is my coffee.

Didn't even go in. They closed their inside cafe and left only the drivethrough open. For some reason, they don't want to have in person interactions with the people in this town. I don't know if they're calling us diseased or just trying to be super judgey. But my husband and I are human beings who just want to have normal human interactions when we order our coffee. Is that too much to ask for?

Poor customer service. Waited 20 mins in drive thru, their scanner was down for payment and rewards. I was then told I had to come in and wait in line or continue waiting in the car until the other customers were helped. Ridiculous as I already waited in a long line. Will not come here again.

Drive Thur was empty, good time to get a quick cup of coffee WRONG. Had to wait for coffee to brew for 10 mins and forgot my sugar. It's a coffee store shouldn't they have coffee ready?
All the workers were overwhelmed with the volume of customers on this day, making them a little less friendly to their customers. While waiting on our order, they complained about the volume of customers, and some even threatened to leave if they didn't close the doors for a while. It is the holiday season, and some places are not staffed to handle the crowds. This seemed to be the case on this day.

This is a very busy Starbucks, as I imagine there are not many around. The staff was doing their best, it's just busy. I went inside and it took 25 minutes (exactly) to get a cappuccino. I'm used to 10-15 minutes at other locations, so it wasn't what I was expecting. I recommend doing a mobile order or drive-thru for a better experience unless you are good with that timeframe. The coffee was excellent.

Staff is very pleasant and friendly. However, my order is always wrong when I go. It's either prepared incorrectly or I'm giving the completely wrong item altogether. I get the sane thing everytime and never has it been prepared them same way twice.

Usually they make good drinks here, but once they have a rush they start doing this reluctantly and begin to pick and choose which orders to do first. They took approximately 25 minutes to make two coffees.

I decided to give it another try. Still, after the stock losing so much and the company going downhill overall you’d think they’d learn a lesson about being woke. I go in today and see both employees wearing political buttons. I just wanted a coffee, not to be preached at.
