I was waited on at the drive thru very promptly. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Gruyère egg bites and caramel macchiato hot. Delicious egg bites perfect temperature and coffee delicious. Thank you. 10:30 Wednesday 12.4

What are you guys doing here? Consistently bad service. No way to call in to tell you that you've made a mistake. Extremely rude to my mom this morning, when she told you, you forgot a drink, and you incorrectly told her she was mistaken. I did not pay $25 for 2 kids' hot Cocos and a grande mocha.
Do better!
Thankfully corporate refunded, but come on shut this place down.

I don't drink coffee but I stopped in for a peppermint Moca for fun. 20 minute wait for a coffee. Staff were pleasant and seemed to have service skills but wait times and floor being dirty not even mopped is a no in my book I would not be coming back.

We went on a Sunday around noon, it was slow so we received our drinks pretty quickly, then a rush came in after us which was handled pretty well. Other than that the place was over all a mess. They were out of cups, small only, the trash was overflowing, the counters were filthy with food debris everywhere, everything looked grimy and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in weeks. I would not go here again.

Both bathrooms were very filthy. Tables were not clean. 6 staff working but the service was incredibly slow. Many boxes stacked up in the floor. Coffee was good when we finally got it. Protocol seemed to be prioritizing orders through the app over in store orders. Many in store customers (not just us) asking where is my coffee.

Didn't even go in. They closed their inside cafe and left only the drivethrough open. For some reason, they don't want to have in person interactions with the people in this town. I don't know if they're calling us diseased or just trying to be super judgey. But my husband and I are human beings who just want to have normal human interactions when we order our coffee. Is that too much to ask for?

Poor customer service. Waited 20 mins in drive thru, their scanner was down for payment and rewards. I was then told I had to come in and wait in line or continue waiting in the car until the other customers were helped. Ridiculous as I already waited in a long line. Will not come here again.

Drive Thur was empty, good time to get a quick cup of coffee WRONG. Had to wait for coffee to brew for 10 mins and forgot my sugar. It's a coffee store shouldn't they have coffee ready?

All the workers were overwhelmed with the volume of customers on this day, making them a little less friendly to their customers. While waiting on our order, they complained about the volume of customers, and some even threatened to leave if they didn't close the doors for a while. It is the holiday season, and some places are not staffed to handle the crowds. This seemed to be the case on this day.
