I came thru the drive-through 7/27 Sunday 6pm and had the most amazing Customer service by the young lady, taking the ordor and the money at the window. Management should consider having her train all of the employees working The drive-through. Very pleasant professional aint clearly spoken. This is what customer service should look and sound like. Great job and thank you for taking the time to make a difference.

We used the drive thru and ordered, got our food, drove about 7 ft away then a girl yells out the window here's the rest of your..... So we pull back around thru a VERY LONG line and get to the window only to have the guy there be rude and hateful as hell saying we're wrong then literally throws the old bag in our window and remakes the order. Just like I thought, when we get home, mosty lettuce in all of em anyway, but there's hair in two and something funky looking in a couple others. He had those special made for us alright!!! Neither of us ate a bite of food from there! Never will again either. I want my money back from this disaster!!

How long does it take to cook cream cheese bites? They are ALWAYS precooked and very hard. Not at all edible! Other Taco Bells don't precook. Why the one in Scottsboro?

i went to this beautiful establishment on the fourth of july. though there was a surge in clientele at the late hour, the level of service exceeded my very own expectations. the staff notibly prepared my order not only swiftly, but also sufficiently, allowing the busy queue to move at a swift pace. it was evident that my pleasure and satisfaction was their greatest asset. it is evident this taco bell is ran with great passion. the raw emotion i felt biting into my burrito compares to no other. so i would like to express my gratitude towards the staff and culinary experts who made my taco bell experience one to remember. it is a taste to the dedication of the taco bell staff.

You know how the classic stackers are always half assed cooked, but this place does it right asked extra grilled and that’s what I got. Also service is very polite. They put the sauces individually in the pack with the food. Just outstanding quality service!
I'm about little biased because taco bell is my sizzle, but i do love snorting Diablo sauce through both of nostrils. Taco bell will give you the ride of your life, if you're into that kind of thing ;) also, they have Baja blast, which if they would actually let me, I would inject straight into my veins right there by the soda fountain, but for whatever reason when I try to do that they yell at me and ask me to leave. Anyway, go buy a Mexican pizza and thank doja cat.
