Upon arriving, you can just tell how clean this restaurant is. The tables were shining. The food was so so good! I really couldn’t believe how good the food is. The margaritas were okay, not too strong. The waitress, Angelica was very attentive and caring. This is probably the best Mexican restaurant in Scottsboro. Hands down. That’s way they stay so busy.

It was busy on a Friday night. Service was kinda slow to start, but it got better as the evening went on. Kinda loud, but had a good time. Wish they had taken reservations. All in all, it was good, we will be back.

I had the best experience thanks to the bartender Taylor! He was extremely positive and enthusiastic about my order. Hands down some of the best service I’ve received in a long time. The absolute BEST Mexican food that we have had in North Alabama. We have been to Rosie's, Buenavista..... the food DOES NOT compare to Toros. Also, as a southern girl who likes her Pinto beans and cornbread.... this place has the BEST Pinto beans., so much I had to ask for the recipe. But you can buy them by the quart instead.
