Went here yesterday and there was the sweetest lady,about 60 years old, working the front lobby. Could tell she had just started because she was so nervous. I ordered the new sparkling energy drink and she didn’t know how to make it. She continuously asked her co workers for help and after the third one she asked finally got some help.. but with a terrible attitude! Can I just give this woman credit for trying, even when no one wanted to help! And what a sad place for her to be in every day and they should really work on their team work!

Stopped by here today and ordered Dave's Single with Cheese Combo and the burger was overcooked, tough and frankly it was flavorless, I even added salt and pepper but it didn't help. The fries were good and the employees were friendly and professional. Some of the tables needed cleaning as well, I also bought a large chili to go for later as I've always liked it and that would be the only reason I would go back, well maybe for a Chocolate Frosty too.

Dine in order took 25 minutes. Staff was rude. Our tray of food sat on the make line for 10+ minutes. Burgers & nuggets were lukewarm. Only seemed like maybe one person was working. During my 25 minute wait i watched around 20 people walk out of the dining room due to lack of service.

Our host ginger was fantastic the day we came in the McDonald's on highway 72, next to this Wendy's, had thier lobby closed. The Wendy's took the full force of both stores rushes and despite that the food came out as fast as the orders could be taken. The crew didn't mess up once between the drive thru orders and door dash the line kept moving. We ate inside and tried the new caramel crunch and caramel twist frostys and loved both. Thanks again to ginger and the crew.

Baconator, more like bacon-less burger. Gave me medium fries, when I ordered large. The bacon crumbles they gave me were burnt. Staff was rude when we asked for ranch after ordering a 10piece.
