Used the mobile app to order and when I got to the restaurant I was told they didn't have any order for me. I showed the order that was made, they said someone already picked up the order. I asked for a refund and was told they can't do it because of using a credit card. Finally they said they would remake the order, but it would take 30 to 40 minutes.

Strand Man

Just went through the drive through. Ordered the number 1 combo. Got the order really quick. Drove off towards the highway. Opened the burger and all I saw was 2 buns and a patty. That's it. ?

Employees are so untrained and can not use the rewards app. I tried explain things to employees but they do not know the system enough to run the cash register today. My kids had do without food because employees could not use the cash register with the app. I would recommend a different location other than Scottsboro AL. You will pay full price because employees on front counter do not know their job. The food tasted okay and wait was okay. I had better experience at other locations of Wendy's. This was total nightmare because lack of knowledge these employees have using the rewards app.

This review is strictly a FROSTY oriented review. Had to try the peppermint frosty and we weren't disappointed, but I will recommend mixing 50/50 peppermint with chocolate. The peppermint gets a little too overwhelming on its own.Service was quick and the dining room was clean. I wish they'd light the fireplace this time of year and it would be good if they stopped running out of mix for their soda dispenser.

It was a ridiculously long wait at the drive thru. They would take one order and fill it before taking the next order . They never even told me at the speaker what the total was . I sat for a while and finally just pulled forward.

The older lady at the window needs to RELAX!!! Ordering for a family is complicated enough, even more difficult with her cutting you off every word and getting mad when you don't order sauce at the window! Food is always good, and not until here lately does she seem fed up with her job.

We went thru the drive thru and we’re very rushed to get our order, we were the only car in line. Then part of our order was doubled, incorrectly doubled! Our order was not read back to us nor were we given a receipt. When we got home we realized what had been done as well as the order being incorrect. I tried multiple times to call and it would ring or beep busy. I will continue to try to call. It’s frustrating knowing resturant workers want $15.00 an hour but can’t get an order correct!
