Food was just average on my last trip. Fries tasted stale. Onion rings were excellent however. I got a burger that had BBQ sauce on it and it was drowned in it. Bacon on burger was soggy. Wife had a regular double cheeseburger and it was good. I will give it another try in the future, but wasn't super impressed on my last visit.
Updated review: Adding a star. Tried it again today and food was excellent. Service was fantastic. My last visit must have just been an off day.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I’ve been to Whataburger before recently in Atalla, Alabama and it wasn’t the best so I was iffy about going here, but the kids really wanted to go here so I figured I’d give it a shot. I will say I am very pleased with how I was treated they guided me through the order and helped me understand the menu workers were coming out and checking on us. Some of the key people was brandy she was on top of everything from taking trays for us making sure we had plenty of sauces and napkins there was also this very friendly gentleman. I forgot his name, but he was absolutely amazing when taking my order I think his name was Vincent, but he was very nice and very understanding that I did not understand the menu. The food was absolutely amazing with a very friendly and positive vibe. I will be coming back when I’m in town. 10/10 recommend!

Heads up people! Whataburger is not open 24/7 so be careful placing online orders at night and thinking your food is going to be ready and waiting when you arrive to pick it up. Found that out the hard way tonight on my way to work. I was out my food that I was planning on eating while at work for 8 hours unable to leave. I asked the employee to show me how to get a refund and she advised she didn’t know how. They said they were closed for routine maintenance and that it happens all the time. I asked then why do they accept orders for that time period and take people’s money. Once they realized that they had orders they weren’t going to be able to fulfill, why did they not try to contact those customers. Only response I got was Sorry.
