Went here on my way back from Huntsville. Ordered a plain burger with cheese. The order was wrong it had mustard on it. I asked for a plain burger and then waited an extra 8 minutes for my plain burger and was again given a burger with mustard. I didn't have time to wait for another one, so I just left.

I'm Impressed ! I went through the drive-through tonight. And a young lady took my order. Not like that but she talked about the condiments adding maybe a dessert or something and I get it. That's all normal but her demeanor I could hear her smiling through the intercom and that made all the difference. Not only was I happy coming to Whataburger to get a meal. She made the experience that much more special! I hope she gets a raise. It takes people like that that encourage others and just are nice to make me come back.
Oh and now that I'm at the window her name is Angie
Service was excellent, Restaurant was clean, But I've had far far better Whataburgers and I have ate at them all over Texas where they originate. The cheese was just OFF this time. Something about it did not taste good. Maybe it was spoiled but it didn't make me sick. But still, it didn't taste right. I'll still give them another chance, maybe it was just a fluke.
