Heads up people! Whataburger is not open 24/7 so be careful placing online orders at night and thinking your food is going to be ready and waiting when you arrive to pick it up. Found that out the hard way tonight on my way to work. I was out my food that I was planning on eating while at work for 8 hours unable to leave. I asked the employee to show me how to get a refund and she advised she didn’t know how. They said they were closed for routine maintenance and that it happens all the time. I asked then why do they accept orders for that time period and take people’s money. Once they realized that they had orders they weren’t going to be able to fulfill, why did they not try to contact those customers. Only response I got was Sorry.

This place is terrible, they have terrible management, the food is also expired meat they sell to the public, Brandy is terrible manager, you would do yourself a favor by not eating or working there.
