Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We been waiting for 30 minutes just to get my and they gave me raw chicken.

As someone who has worked at this zaxbys, ate here, and have to pick up door dash orders from here I highly recommend you don’t take the time out of your day to stop at this restaurant. ESPECIALLY DO NOT GET A JOB HERE. They will literally deny you your check because they have “pick up times” and “they can’t just quit what there doing to give you your check” when mind you half of the time the lady Anna is in the back office sitting on her butt doing nothing! It takes 10 seconds to give someone there check! On top of the fact that they are not allowed to deny you a check that is YOURS and that you worked for. Also let me add the manager Hailey tries to boss you around like a mother whether you’re a customer or an employee. I understand asking stuff from your employees or asking customers not to do something, but your not my mother don’t talk to me like you are. I’ve got chicken from this zaxbys multiple times that was literally a fried piece of PAPER! I’m not joking it was a battered and fried piece of paper. Also the owner Julie is completely rude and uncalled for! If you run into the manager lexi then you got lucky because she is the only one that will help you here. Also trying to pick up door dash orders here is horrible I have to wait 20-40 minutes everytime I go in to pick up a order! Overall horrible restaurant.

I’ma door dasher. Consistently late on orders. Today I waited twenty minutes for nothing. Order never came. I unassigned and left. Business decisions here are ridiculous and obviously start at the top. You should fill orders as you get them.

Very slow service. Went thru drive thru, couldn't at least 7 crew members just standing there.my order was Not big! Apparently they don't have enough crew members for the back!!! Almost been waiting 15 mins for my order!!!

Buyer beware! Scottsboro location serves 1/2 portion salads. Full price, half the salad.

Grill chicken sandwich add bacon and cheese. They always leave off the bacon or the cheese. They gave my order to someone else that person brought it back ,I ask them to remake it they got mad. Service sucks here

Wonder place nice atmosphere. Wonderful people. Nice service. Coming back more often they have good food real cheap here.

Don’t expect to get extra fries when you pay the extra dollar for a large drink and extra fries. Got a number 1 go big and literally counted 11 fries.

I ate here 3 wks ago, and they did an excellent job.
However, today's trip was very, very disappointing.
If you're reading this review, I recommend you go when there aren't after-school kids working.
We spent $30 on the family meal deal, and our wings are hardly covered in sauce, mostly dry.

Your t-shirts say, 'dippin got me trippin', but I'm trippin, because my wings aren't drippin.

Tried calling store, no answer. App won't give me a refund. It's like flushing money down the drain.

I was there was having dinner with my family and my 15 year old beta club honor roll daughter mentioned getting her first job. I was all for her joining this family owned business until we noticed a certain girl with a known reputation for drug abuse. A girl her age no less. So the next day I called to ask about their drug testing policy to which I was told there wasn't one. So I told the manager who I was referring to and he said oh the girl who just started here? I said yes and he starts loyally defending her even though I've known her since she was 5 because of school. Parents of kids needing jobs beware.

Delicious food and poor management! Very rude general manager! I think his name is Jonathan! Was very rude to me over a sauce cup and I witnessed him being rude to someone else as well!

I just went threw the drive thru right before close got great service hot fresh food and they even showed my dogs some love! Thanks so much
