This Zazbys is not the cleanest one I've been in. The salad I got was good and they gave me 2 packs of dressings. It was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing, they should have had a dinning room attendant cleaning tables and sweeping the floors. I will think twice next time I am near there. Plenty of other places to eat.
The food at Zaxby's is always great. We did have to wait a really long time in the drive through this time. We were there for at least 10 minutes maybe longer. I don't know if they were short staffed or what was going on, but it was a much longer wait than normal.
Grill chicken sandwich add bacon and cheese. They always leave off the bacon or the cheese. They gave my order to someone else that person brought it back ,I ask them to remake it they got mad. Service sucks here
