Had chicken tonight that was so dry I could not tell if I was chewing meat or chicken bone (seriously). The french fries were old and hard and the biscuit was as hard as a brick. Normally Jacks in general has great food, but this was the worst chicken I have ever had in my life. Fool me once…it will be a long time before I return here!
Went thru drive thru at Section Al and ordered a #2 which is a big bacon with cheese when I got home I did not look at my sandwich until I ate over half of it, it didn’t have bacon are cheese on it. Was a regular burger I did not get what I paid for. Disappointed customer rate is low
