If I could give zero stars I would. This Burger King drive thru was ridiculously slow. I waited over 20 minutes and when I finally pulled up to the window the staff started laughing when I told them which order was mine. No apology, no professionalism, just laughing like it was entertainment.
Management, you need to step in at this location. Slow service is bad enough but mocking customers at the window is unacceptable. Honestly even McDonalds treats people better than this and that says everything.

Went here late night...sit in the drive thru for over 30 minutes or possibly a little longer. They didn't have the chicken sandwich we ordered so they asked if we wanted something different and then they didn't have any barbecue sauce so once again we had to get something different. We finally got our food and they fries were cold, so my husband asked for fresh fries and they got mad and asked for all of the food back and took it back through the window. If I'm ever in this area again, I WILL NOT STOP BY THIS BURGER KING!!
I just went here and was completely ignored at the counter by somebody who was putting together little paper king hats I guess that's more important than feeding the customers I will never come back here again especially now that it's gone to kiosks so that they don't have to engage with you at all crappy service and a crappy business plan

The service is terrible,this place serves their customers cold food, service is extremely slow and not fast paced at all, this is not a place I would recommend someone go to eat at or spend their money!!!

Our food was correct for the way we ordered it and was well cooked. The staff seemed to be in a hurry and did not seem to want to take much time with two elderly people. The atmosphere in this restaurant is a little worrisome. It seems to be in an area that might not be too safe after dark.
Parking: The lot leading to this establishment is in very poor repair. Potholes that could house a family of skunks. You have to dodge and weave so that you do not hit any of the deepest ones. Impossible to miss them all.
