Haven’t had Captain D’s since I was a kid, came and paid $45 and the meals don’t even come with a drink!! What the actual heck! Had us pay an up charge for Mac and cheese and didn’t even have it, didn’t give us a refund had us choose a replacement and barely gave us any food!
I like the fact that they make sure your food is fresh, but the wait time is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and I'm surprised no one had spoken up about it. I went to order a grilled white fish dinner on my lunch break, but couldn't even get it without risking being late to work. I only had 30 minutes. Yet, they managed to use majority of it. I had to drive off and leave the food behind just to make it back to work on time. smh

You can't go wrong with the samplers platter. It comes with fish, chicken and shrimp and every one of those items is absolutely delicious. The line to the takeout window is usually backed up so someone runs in to get our order and the staff is always patient and helpful.
Parking: I like that you can see into the kitchen and know who is cooking your food. Many times the cooks will look up and wave. That's a small thing but it makes me feel like they value my patronage.
