I ordered two in a row and then try to make order on profile didn't work so then called and it just said hi there and nothing else, they don't want to give you that little free pizza do they.
The pizza was cold the wings weren't good call and talk to the manager which was a problem very very nasty attitude smh

Poor service with delivery, two hrs for delivery because they entered the wrong address. They were in the parking lot several times but never came in. The automated system of taking an order is a difficult one to navigate if you need to take an item off. You have to start all over again

I understand it's hard to find help, but a couple days ago, I ordered online. It said the order would be ready within 30 minutes. It wasn't ready in 40 minutes, and I was watching the screen when I went inside. The time was gonna be almost ANOTHER 30 minutes BEFORE they started on it! Had to cancel that order. There were several employees working very hard, but their app is a liar!
Placed my order at 5:48 and it is currently 6:32 and my order is still in the prep stage when it said it would be ready in 25-30 mins at time of ordering and I understand that is just an estimate time but those estimate times need to be more realistic! This isn’t the first time this has happened and it is very frustrating when it is a whole hour behind schedule. We love the pizza but hate the time frames.

I went in to inquire about the wait time on 5/30/23 around 5:30pm and she said it would be 45 minutes to an hour, which is crazy. However, what made me ultimately decide to go elsewhere was when I asked if they wore gloves she said NO, then I asked if I could request they're worn she told me they don't even have them in store. What type of food establishment does not own gloves? What if an employee has a cut or broken skin, not to mention post pandemic it's just unsanitary. Yeah, I definitely won't be stopping here again.
