I placed an order online for 3 pizzas. Prior to arriving, James was kind enough to call me and inform me that the ingredients were not available for one of my pizzas and ask me if I wanted a replacement. Instead of a replacement, I opted to increase one of the pizzas that was available from a small to a medium-sized pizza. Dominos has been great for a while now. We order online & pick up at the window. We're a big household & usually have pretty large orders. They rarely make mistakes. Definitely recommend.
It made me feel better than I was most of day to come in and pickup my order after a stressful day to see how polite and kind the employees were. Sometimes you just need a smile to get through the day. Thank you Domino's.
