Jeannette is the absolute best! She was so professional and attentive to our needs! The food was delicious. I live up north and forgot about the true southern hospitality! Thanks Jeannette for making our visit so welcoming and comfortable 😊

First ever going since they opened...... not impressed...... charged me $80..... never told me they charged a fee for using a debit card...... almost $5 more.. waiter wouldn't write our order down..... started guessing his memory.... very unprofessional.... grits cold, sticky...... ordered Western omelet...... in no way wasn't one..... had to ask for more coffee..... Waffle House has them beat.... hands down

Food was over cooked my server Kim was awesome the tables was nasty the other server the skinny white girl kept rolling her eyes had a attitude I asked her to clean my table it was 5 minutes she stood but Kimberly was awesome I give her 10 🌟

Service took over 40 minutes just to get our order, they served people that came after us faster. And our food arrived cold from sitting up on that counter so long. Never offered refils, the other server basically had to take over the table, and they lost our friends order all together

Stopped with a party of 8. There was one other table inside. Took an hour for 4 of the orders (2 of which were wrong), and another half hour for the other two orders (these were correct). Very difficult to get drinks refilled. Pretty much had to find where the waiter was hiding to get anything. Food was meh, edible but nothing to write home about. Overall not worth the wait.

I stopped at this restaurant going to have breakfast at 6:15 Saturday morning and I could see two gentleman on the inside “working” but the doors were locked and they would not even acknowledge we were there … I find this unprofessional and disrespectful. If they were running behind for whatever means then by all means they could have told us and we could have chose to wait or go somewhere else.
Hardee’s was more than happy to take my money this morning and provide service and I will continue to give my money to Hardee’s.
