I went there the other night. I could barely hear the girl on the speaker. I asked if they were closed and with the biggest attitude she said “no ma’am”. I asked nicely if i could get 2 cokes. Like i said I could barely hear her because she was mumbling. I repeated “2 cokes “ again and she said “ok i got it” with the biggest attitude. Don’t get me wrong, i love jacks. Their food is good and so is the customer service I just think they should get their microphone at the drive thru fixed because every time I go there I can barely hear them and they can't hear me.
