Ten minutes for one sweet tea when I was the only person in the drive through is ridiculous and incredibly disrespectful. I didn't even drink it because at that point I was suspicious about the contents. Oh, also the drive through worker walked away with both my tea and my card for quite some time, long enough that her coworkers had to go "get it from the office".
Also, the first drive through worker never rang me up in the first place even though she had my card for several minutes, so her coworker had to ring me up.
Needless to say I'll also watch my card for unauthorized payments from now on, because that was more than enough time to copy my card info.
The other workers were kind, but my interaction with this first woman at the window was enough to sour the experience.

I went and got 2 orders to dine in for lunch today my orders was all wrong had to go back up to the counter 2 times the dining room was nasty food and trash on tables customer service was just awful they was rude the 30 minutes I was there 4 customers came in because their order was wrong I just don't think I will eat their again

I ordered a 3 piece white meat combo with Mac and cheese with a large dr pepper when I got home I had a 3 pice dark meat biscuit was cold my dog got my food it was 2 late for me to go back I'm not satisfied at all

First off, they didn’t have a line and the food took forever. When I finally got to the window I was about to pay for something I didn’t order. Once he finally gave me my food he gave me the wrong thing. After that I had to pull up beside the restaurant just for the manger to say my food was sloppily made.

Ate here today for lunch. Couldn't enjoy my meal because a man was begging for food INSIDE the dining room for about a half hour until employees gave him free food. I asked an employee why they don't kick him out and she said they have sympathy for him. Never seen this before. I have ate in bad locations and the management takes care of the PAYING customers.
Add to that my meal was $17. I live local and will never eat here again. There are so many better restaurants. Wouldn't be upset if they closed down

While the staff were friendly, I am a little disappointed with our visit. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with cheese and bacon and 3pc spicy tenders. I received the 3 spicy tenders alone in the box, a drink, an order of fries that was a bit of a mess spilled into the bag, and a cold classic chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. The cheese didn't even melt. I didn't get a receipt, so I'm not sure what all I was charged for, but for this order to come up to $21 and some change, I didn't feel like it was worth it. Next time we come through, we probably won't stop back by.

Ordered over a hundred dollars worth of chicken, on to get mainly thighs that still had blood in it. My grandkids and other family members could not enjoy. One of my grandkids is afraid she may get sick. U all should make sure your chicken is done before sending it out and people get home and discover they can't eat it ?
