Do Not eat there!! we got there at 12:25 placed our order then. It was 1250 and we still had not gotten our food. I asked for a full refund the manager, Mr. Patel was a jerk!!! I do not recommend eating there at all rude and nothing is worse sitting and waiting 40 minutes for!!! Sorry owners!

Came here with my daughter and her family after church last Sunday which we've done probably a dozen times before. We ordered four meals the meals came out and one of them was grilled instead of fried which we didn't order grilled. My daughter took it up to the counter and told the man we didn't order grilled and he would not change it or make it right. So she ate the meal she didn't order. I was so angry and was going to deal with the middle Eastern man at the counter but my daughter begged me not to cause a scene. This place will never get another penny of my money. Since this happened I've been told that this restaurant has been taken over by the same owners of American Deli next door and that explains a lot. I never received such treatment from the previous owners. Stay away from this place

First time I ever seen a FLAT omelet! The toast was the best thing on the plate! Grits had no taste whatsoever! Yuck! Whatever you put in those grits....STOP IT! Shrimps, not what I expected, fried too hard and shell was still on! I was literally spitting out the shell! Roughest breakfast I ever had in my life!

I’ve been driving by this place with the intention of stopping but never did for several months. I finally committed to try Sam’s Southern Eatery and I was glad I did. The jumbo fried shrimp highlighted Sam's Southern Eatery are true to their name of jumbo, with a delightful crunch revealing the tender shrimp within. The catfish was lightly seasoned and fried, achieving a perfect balance of crispiness and tenderness. I usually don’t enjoy okra unless it is fried hard and that is what they had. The Krispy okra added a unique twist, providing a satisfying crunch. The gumbo, a comforting medley of flavors, exhibited a rich blend that transported me to culinary bliss.
