I love their breakfast burritos and I use their app all the time. I usually go to the one in Montgomery on Carter Hill Road, on my way to work. My boss and I were in Selma and we had to get some lunch EXTREMELY fast. He was totally impressed with their app, its ease of use, and then how quickly we got our food to go as we had to trek to Demopolis afterwards. We work for a technology company (sales) and he's the McGyver of sales managers and very tech savvy. And of course the food was very good and fresh!

This was not the first time I have pulled up to the Selma Sonic and press the call button and wait 15 minutes, the call gets cleared so I press the button a second time wait 15 minutes then just leave because other people were getting answered and served. I watched two people leave because their call was not answered and another two continually press the call button. To make matters worse some of the stalls have out of order signs on them and some that don’t have a sign won’t process a payment with a debit or credit card. Very dissatisfied customer numerous times!

I went to 6 separate stalls 5 of them didn’t work so i had to go try a different one. there was a strung out crackhead walking around and when i finally found a stall that worked i pressed the button 4 times with still no one answering to take my order. I finally gave up and left and went somewhere else. will not be coming back and i live here.🙄

Just waited 20-25 min at a stall and was not acknowledged by the staff. I watched at least four other customers who arrived later and got their orders. Not sure how they have their rating.
I wish there was a 0 star option. Went by there this evening around 815. Waited about 15 minutes to have my order taken. My order was never put in or fixed even after I waited 20 more minutes. 3 cars pulled in after me, placed their orders, got their food and left...poor customer service.
