The Selma Subway at Crossroads truck stop has got to be the WORST. Their hours for Sunday states that they close at 10 P.M. But the doors were already locked and the employees inside, were cleaning before 9 and insisted that they closed at 9 P.M. No surprise though, this town has nothing going for it anymore, anyway.

We visit the Subway in maplesville regularly. Always great service and very friendly. This Subway in Selma was awful. The feeling was very unwelcoming and you couldn’t see the food or their hands while they were making the sandwich. We got one piece of meat and one piece of cheese on our sandwich while Maplesville gives three. Almost afraid to eat it since we couldn’t see what was happening under the cover. Also they were out of paper so of course no receipt. They were also out of black pepper. Last time they were out of bread. We said that time we would never return but this was the clincher.

The lunch rush is busy enough, for so called Management to allow people to come in and cut the line because you recognize them is unacceptable.

Courteous service is such a hard ask these days. I ordered the new nachos today and I asked if the employee could heat the rotisserie chicken that comes on it 1st before making the nachos. The employee with the pink deadlocks stopped him and told him he couldn't do it because it's a modification. Ist off a modification is a change, I wasnt changing anything. I simply have had that rotisserie chicken on multiple occasions, it's cold and the regular heat setting is not typically enough. To argue with customers about the their heat preferences is rude and unprofessional to say the least I decided to pass on the nachos. This subway is typically better than the other but after today. I don't know

The girls that were working tonight need to be fired.. complete disregard for someone that has bad hearing and completely embarrassed my girlfriend.. would suggest on going back and looking at the video between 6-630 p.m. tonight.. they refused to give me the managers number.. when I asked for the number to the regional manager.. they had an attitude and told me if I have a problem to call corporate.. i will be making a formal complaint..
