First of all, I can say they FINALLY got my order correct. Second, " Where's the BACON?!" I ordered the Baconator fries, and it had about 10 pieces of bacon, most of which were teenie tiny. I also got a Jr bcb. It was so overcooked that I couldn't chew it. With prices so high, right now, I can only afford to eat out once a week. So, unfortunately, I won't be returning. I can't afford to spend my money somewhere that I end up throwing my lunch away and hungry the remainder of the day because I only have 30 min for lunch and can't take it back. UNACCEPTABLE! I can say the chili was good, and the service was better than the rest of my food. If you live in Selma, AL steer clear of this Wendy's. Dave would be horrified if he were alive today.

I ordered a chicken combo and the meat was salty. I thought the chicken would be grilled, but it was breaded. It was awful. This was the the sandwich with bacon, but I told them no bacon.

Since when does Wendy's employees ask you to back your car up so that you can't see them preparing your food? I went around 9:00pm, and was asked to back up ( a car was already pulled up away from the window in front of us)..so that we wouldn't be by the window while preparing our food. So at this point there's no car by the window. The car in front of us eventually blew it's horn and drove away. If teenagers are going to work night shift, they need to be monitored and should not be asking customers to not be by the window while they're preparing it. If another car is behind us we wouldn't be able to back away from the window at all. Don't get me wrong, I understand uf there weee cars behind us waiting/if it was going to take a while, but there were no cars behind us only one car in front of us. The food took the normal amount of time to prepare. Very unprofessional

We were very disappointed with this particular location. It was dirty, no ice, most of the drinks were unavailable and the soda station was filthy.
My husband drove to this location because the nearest Wendy's only does online orders.

We never go inside but you usually get your food quickly and they have never gotten our orders wrong, but we have occasionally had cold fries. It could be more welcoming.

This would be a great location if It wasn’t for the unpleasant crew members that works the morning shift. There is NO GOOD Customer Service, Crew members doesn’t even greet the Customers when entering the restaurant. When placing an order at front counter the Cashier just give a blank stare with the hands on the hips. Bathrooms are always smelly with no tissue and the dining room area is filthy! Hopefully the Managers there can get a better staff.
Parking: Parking spaces are always available and clean.
