Worst customer service ever. The girl with braids in the drive through around 240pm that was taking orders is trash. I gave 2 stars because the manager easily handled the situation.

This is my second time coming to the reviews to complain about Wendy’s in Selma Alabama. & by the way, I don’t appreciate the generic message I received in regards of my initial corporate complaint I had with you guys. But here goes: like last time I complained weeks ago, I complained that there were no baked potatoes or chilli, shredded cheese, sour cream, onions, etc, there are still NO BAKED POTATOES & when you do get the watered down chilli they make, they still aren’t putting in Cheese, onions, & giving you sour cream for it even after they agree & confirm they got it. You guys sold molded Burgers to customers yesterday that have been plastered all over Facebook & I hope something FINALLY gets done about this

I don't know who manages this wendys but they definitely aren't fast food maybe if they weren't so busy running there mouths to each other they might actually get their customers and work done waited in drive thru 10 minutes thought going in would be faster but no such luck they were to busy running there mouths with each other then dealing with there customers after finally placing order had to wait another 20 minutes for food and by the way I'm literally 1 or 2 customers in store. Just sad I understand gossiping to make work a little easier but dam they need to learn how to multi task

Takeout only. No dine-in. It says open, but it's closed so you can eat inside and rest! They should have included that in the schedule! And specify it so you know and don't waste your time.

Used my mobile app to get a deal to order 2 sandwiches. The employee at the counter barely spoke but did give me my bag of food saying my order was in there. Luckily we ate at the outside picnic tables which are great. One of our sandwiches was a chicken sandwich instead of a double stack burger. When I went back in to the counter, the employee had her back to the order area so it took her several minutes to assist me. She did get me my correct sandwich with little communication and no apology. Food was good for fast food, value was fine, outdoor area was excellent.
