Used my mobile app to get a deal to order 2 sandwiches. The employee at the counter barely spoke but did give me my bag of food saying my order was in there. Luckily we ate at the outside picnic tables which are great. One of our sandwiches was a chicken sandwich instead of a double stack burger. When I went back in to the counter, the employee had her back to the order area so it took her several minutes to assist me. She did get me my correct sandwich with little communication...
We never go inside but you usually get your food quickly and they have never gotten our orders wrong, but we have occasionally had cold fries. It could be more welcoming.

Surprisingly, the breakfast was pretty good. Never had breakfast at this franchise before. Stopped through to use the toilet and grab a bite during my holiday travels. Restrooms need overhauling now. Drink machine was hit or miss. Some drinks were available and others were not. Food wasn't hot, but it was tolerable. Real crispy bacon on croissant breakfast item. Thankful to employees who choose to service customers during the holiday season. I'd recommend going through...
