My wife, brother in law and I stopped at this location as we were passing thru town. My wife ordered a salad and they completely forgot the chicken on her salad (at a chicken restaurant). Bathroom had no soap. They don’t allow you to get your own drinks so you have to wait in line again just to get refills. Overall very disappointing experience.

Horrible. Was in the drive thru for quite some time. About 15 mins to be exact. Got our order, it was wrong. It was cold. Not a grain of salt on the cold fries and barely any sauce on the sandwiches.The employees seemed to be having a great time passing the wrong drinks and orders out of the window. Oh yes and the wait? When we got to the window, everyone seems to be on their phone. I guess leaving to cook back there to die.

Recently went out to grab a bite with my family for dinner. Upon arrival, the staff was very polite and helped us promptly. The young lady at the counter was very kind and answered any questions we had. Our food came out fast and was tasty and the dining area was very clean. I could tell that they really, take pride in making sure the customers have a great experience. Will be back again when I’m in town.

Food was Super Fresh! Shakes where great... And even brought out to us! The girl taking our order was prompt and professional! Best Zaxby's I've been in in years! Would definitely recommend a visit!

I ordered the new Buffalo Shrimp. Unfortunately, I can't give a review because the shrimp didn't have any Buffalo sauce on them or on the side. I won't be returning to this restaurant in Selma. I pay too much money for my food to be incorrect 90% of the time.

Waited for 20+ minutes to get my food just for them to give my food to a person that ordered after me. So then I had to wait a little while longer to get food remade.

My experience at Zaxbys is usually good but today it changed . Simply ask can I take the bread off my sandwich and make it a lettuce wrap simply just putting lettuce on it . The manger who was a lady with braids in her head , told me no we don’t do that or we can’t do that and then start laughing after she stated what she said . The food was great but the manger need to set the standard .
