Gross food & Super disappointed‼️Arrived early, waited, and then pulled into the drive-thru at 10:40 am. We saw an employee unlock and open the door and customers go inside at 10:35- so we knew they had just opened. Start of the day... Yay.Ordered two meals. The chicken strips were warm, but the fries were soft, an 'overcooked' nasty brown, and Lukewarm like they were OLD and barely reheated from the night before‼️Absolutely disgusting!! Again, they had JUST OPENED and we were in line ordering around 10:40.I was hoping, after traveling all morning, that HOT and FRESH chicken and fries would have been served but Nope! I even had to pull up and wait for our food as if it were being freshly prepared (or was I waiting for the extra seasoning I requested?! Probably!). All that just to receive a bag full of old soft fries and warm chicken! Oh, and one of the meals had a piece of toast that was 70% burnt. ?There are a few things that could have been going on in that kitchen this morning, and all of my assumptions are disturbing! Never again.It's unacceptable and lazy! Bad morning or false reviews??! 4.0 stars?? ??Side note to OWNER:If you all are going to charge for condiments, including two or more when only ONE is requested, at least give the customer the courtesy of letting them know there's a charge of .25 cents a piece. Seeing double charges on a receipt when you had no clue there was even a charge to begin with... is WRONG..25 is not a big deal but to have multiple added on when only one is requested is NOT cool and seems like a hustle for extra $$.

My chicken sandwich was burned & the the beard was burnt black, could not eat! .. I tried egg rolls for 1st time overcooked to almost burnt… flavor inside was good. Every time I go there it seems to be a problem.. ??♀️

Very busy dooring lunch, especially on Friday.Food is very good.
Husband and I both agreed that the chicken at this location tasted awful today… Like the breading or grease had gone off so the flavor was unappetizing. Women’s restroom was filthy and the stalls looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in ages. Dining surfaces and booths were sticky. Employees were friendly though.

Purchased a salad and unsweetened tea. Yea had cleaning fluid in it. Tasted like disinfectant.
Employees were sitting outside by the door when we drove to the drive-thru. We waited for someone to take our order for 10 minutes, and we pulled off without ordering. If the business was closed for whatever reason, the employees should have said something to us when we pulled up or put a sign on the intercom order box.

On June 21 2023 the hubby and I ordered two number 9 which was the traditional wings and the chicken tenders. And it was cold and nasty. Won't be ordering from this place again. The chicken tenders were so hard it could chip my tooth
