“So service really depends on who is working, we usually get awesome service from a lady who wears an orange shirt and she is amazing! Knows us by name and is just fantastic, the younger employees seem to miss customer service by a long shot. The food is good though.“

“Some workers have ok attitude some are better than ok. I have been here a many. times to order pizza and cheese bread . I’ve had 2-3 or maybe even 4 times to where my order of cheesy bread isn’t fully cooked and is doughy or over loaded with seasoning. Haven’t gotten it in a while and hope I don’t ever get it again. I will still go here, just wish they would work more with there employees with attitude wise and there prep and bake time on the cheesy bread.

“I come here every week and they consistently have good wings and great customer service. My order got messed up recently (1st time it's happened) And they gave me a refund the lady behind the counter even gave me a discount on my next order. Love this place 🎉“

“The food taste great, it even look good, but when the food is passed through the window and the cashier opens the food up for the customer to see it, she/he either need to have a hand wipe to pull out to wipe their hand or put on some sanitize gloves.Before they open the food up..Many people have caught Food Poisoning this year and Restaurants have been closed down (YOU) Wind Wing Station don't want nothing like that to happen to them, I'm sure...“

“I have ordered delivery several times. There is always a problem paying with their digital service. I tell my card number. It's always, "I didn't get that". Then I put the number in from my keypad. Same thing. 3 times each call I go through this. That's it for me.“
