Every time I order food staff is rude and order is always messed up. You wait 1 hour on a simple order this establishment is ridiculous need new management or shut this place down.

I was hesitant to come because of the large amount of bad reviews , but I was very satisfied. Food was very good , hot & fresh . Sweet tea was fresh . They were I’m guessing out of large containers for our coleslaw so they gave us THREE small ones . Will definitely be coming back 🩷

The food is rarely fresh. The employees act like they hate being there. They are not friendly at all. They get upset at you for inconveniencing them when they forget to put part of your order in the bag.

I love Popeyes but twice now they have been out of French fries. No other Popeyes I've been too has that happened. Obviously the Manager at this location doesn't know how to order enough food for the store.
I just went back tonight as of nov 12 2024. I had to wait for 10 minutes for a cinnamon apple pie. Got home and it was damn cold.
Ordered a sweet tea, got unsweet, charged two large mashed potatoes, and somehow got 3 smalls. Won't be back

So service really depends on who is working, we usually get awesome service from a lady who wears an orange shirt and she is amazing! Knows us by name and is just fantastic, the younger employees seem to miss customer service by a long shot. The food is good though.

Roofed leaked the whole time we were in there. This wasn't a new situation as the entire ceiling showed water damage and stains
