How do you give a negative score because thats what this store deserves. To be in the area they are located and to have one of the lowest health score at 78 is insane. You would think corporate would look into this location. Bryan the manager is horrible. He was talking to the staff using profanity saying I’m not doing no customized chicken because its 8:30 (although they don’t close until 10) so I placed the order online and customized it. I got off late and they are close to my home otherwise I would have left. I will never eat at this location again especially after going inside and finding out they have a 78 health score.

Take out | Dinner | $1–10 Got two family meals in one box was 7 wings and a thigh with the leg and foot still attached. The other box had nothing but thighs two of them still having the foot attached. Tried to call them and no one answers this was by far the worst Popeyes experiences out of all mobile county would not recommend. Out of all the chicken there was not a single breast at all. Told my pregnant wife they was making everything fresh made her wait 20 min and this is what she gets.

Absolutely garbage service. Employees have an incredibly rude attitude. Lady at the window yelled at me because I didn't pull up to the space she wanted me to pull up too. One of the employees walked out to their car to smoke weed. I'll never eat here again. It's not the most glorious job to have and I get that, but it's no excuse to act that rude to anyone.

Extremely rude service from Jazzmine 70136 and after waiting 40min for my food it was the wrong food and took me another 12 min of going back and forth with them to try to get it corrected before I just requested a refund and gave the food back. You need more people like Aalaynah 20061 as Jazzmine will 100% cost you customers with her lack of customers service skills, myself included!

Had an online order. Waited and extra 30 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to be done. An employee had her YOUNG kids running around in the lobby screaming and hollering. Trash cans were pulled out just sitting in the lobby with no bags. Tables dirty. Counter dirty. Employees seems confused and unorganized. They had maybe 3 cars in drive thru and 4 people inside. So not extremely busy. Fast food has definitely gone down hill

The crew was super rude while taking our order. The more food we got the more they sighed and had an attitude. I see weeks old reviews about this issue and many others. Its a shame yall cant get your store together.
ETA, the food was really good. When my mom went in to get it the tones changed and they were nicer about things.
