Well I got to say they weren't a very happy or kind people and not much help with the menu if I'm being honest but I ate at least so whatever prolly won't ever go back tho
Good food and value ?Donna is rude and grumpy ?Quaint throwback atmosphere.Best chicken ? tenders and patty melt sandwich in the Shoals.Self service once you can get your order taken. Drive up wait time during lunch is frequently ridiculously long. Not a "customer satisfaction" driven staff.

Seriously good food and good portions! The best chicken tenders and fries; however, I will never return. I had a call in order and stood at the counter while another couple was ordering. The cashier could clearly see me standing there and I could see my order sitting on the counter. She went to the back for 10 minutes and did not return to take my money for my food until I called the restaurant 3 times, rude service and I could hear the cashier yelling at the staff. Awful service...
