Fantastic service. Popped in for lunch on a busy Monday. The manager Ms Barbara and Justin, the guy working the counter, were great. Justin was super friendly, made great suggestions and made sure we got any savings we could. Will definitely come back.

Subway in Smiths Station has been a great place for lunch. It has great staff as well, and it is one of the best subways in the extended area.

Came in and ordered a wrap and sub. Never was asked if I wanted my wrap toasted they just did it and when asked why they said "they had to or the bread would be too hard" that's a first to hear. They didn't wrap it the right so it's not even staying together and it was cut with paper around it! The other sub was cut with a dirty knife that was just scraped off on the discard bin opening right before cutting the sub. The staff were seeming like they didn't even want to be there and their veggie area was messy with cross contamination in bins. Your better of going to the other one at 2388 Lee Rd 430, Smiths Station, AL 36877. They are friendly and keep their food prep area much cleaner. They also use a CLEAN knifes with every sandwich and I guess where their wraps aren't so hard they must be toasted even if a customer doesn't want it. I will definitely be going to the better one even if it is a farther drive.

You get 1 star because it wouldn’t let me start without one. The past 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS, I’ve placed online orders, and every single time my sandwiches are incorrect. Missing condiments, extra veggies that weren’t even supposed to be on the sandwich. I get a simple sandwich. Bread, meat, and cheese. Never going back to this subway, I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different store owned and operated by a different group of people. This is just ridiculous.
I always get a great meal at the smithstation subway.
