“The food was definitely a plus. It was fresh and very quality pizza and fried chicken. The place was clean even doe attached to gas station. Customer service was really not there. Basically they really didnt talk or anything just stood at the register and waited until u talked or order something. Didn't have all menu items but like I said the items that I did get was fresh and made to order so grateful for that. Would return and would recommend to anyone passing through.”

“This was my frist time in this Jack's.And I truly kind can say it was clean and in a great location it's right off the highway and things are building up around there.The staff was very professional,polite and courteous.They greeted me with a smile and was quick with the service,my food was good I kind say I'll be visiting the restaurant again .I like how the inside is designed and the country look on front porch with the rocking chairs.I love how they got it set up with the name of person making the biscuits and you can see them making it up.You can see the hold back line It just a great lay out”

“This chesters is great. I visited on a Sunday after noon, around 2 pm, and Jessi P. Went out of her way to get me precisely what I wanted. Even though it wasn't quite on the menu. I really like the sweet pepper sauce. I asked if I could get the sweet pepper sauce on the big chicken strip, instead of the little chicken bites, she made it happen. She offered to toss some strips in sauce, I asked if I could just have some sauce in a cup. Which she did for me. Hope that doesn't get her in trouble. Thanks Jessi P. For Makin it happen.”

“This was my 1st trip to Crumbl. My 12 & 13 year old granddaughters wanted to go, they'd been before. I was disappointed that most of the cookie choice were not to my taste/liking. Things like pink donut and sea salt nutella. I'll maybe try them again. Hopefully they'll have regular cookie choices next time.”

“My coworker and I tried it for lunch and we were highly impressed! The guy who took our order was so nice and let us sample their glass noodles which were really good! We both got the chicken wings with the honey garlic sauce on the side. We also got the coleslaw which was also really good. My coworker got fries as her other side and I got the glass noodles! All food was very flavorful and fresh! We will definitely be back!”

My husband ordered a steak, and I chose the crab cakes. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection, and both meals tasted very fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes and the quality of the food. We plan to visit again, and I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want quality food and exceptional service.”
