Braxton and the team are very friendly and always make our experience pleasant. They smile, take their time to get it right, and double check before moving on. This is the only subway we have never had a bad experience. Thanks to the whole team.
Always have had a great experience. I order online at least once each week as I work in Smiths Station and visit each resturant in our little town at least once per week. My orders are always as I order them online, my food is always good and I appreiciate the staff more than they know. They stay so busy especailly during lunch and saturdays but if I had any issues I know I can speak with anyone there and they would help me. Best experience yet! Want some good sandwiches head in over to subway in smiths station. Employees are very polite and is very eager to get it right the first time.
