My experience here was absolutely horrible. How do you dope dash and accuse someone of stealing the door dash when a door order ticket was presented. The older white lady has a nasty attitude and her services skills are absolutely the worst. I would rather travel a few extra miles instead of eat her

This place has been great for me for online pick up. I use them when I am in a rush and they have always had everything ready and waiting when I get there. I am surprised to see so many people are unhappy with their pick up. Maybe I eat too fast when I'm rushing to know if something is missing or maybe they are changing (I hope not). The employees have always been friendly during the brief time I'm in there grabbing my sandwich.

Placed an order online at 7:49 my husband went at 8:20 to pick it up. They claim they never received my order etc though it clearly was paid for...my husband came back home and we went back to the restaurant. I showed them where the money came out of my account and verified the store number. Suzanne claims her hands are tied she didn't know why I was there she couldn't do anything and that her store manager would be back tomorrow. WHAT A JOKE! I had all the proof of my order you could of replaced it if your online system was down however you lack customer service all together if you only have regular employees and no leadership to handle situations like this. IF YOU TAKE SOMEONES MONEY YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM WHAT THEY HAVE ORDERED..
