“This was my frist time in this Jack's.And I truly kind can say it was clean and in a great location it's right off the highway and things are building up around there.The staff was very professional,polite and courteous.They greeted me with a smile and was quick with the service,my food was good I kind say I'll be visiting the restaurant again .I like how the inside is designed and the country look on front porch with the rocking chairs.I love how they got it set up with the name of person making the biscuits and you can see them making it up.You can see the hold back line It just a great lay out“

“Love the clean tables and playground. Always fun to bring my grandchild. Enjoyed the quickness of ordering on the app then scanning the code on the table for quick service. They did not bring my diet peach lemonade over right away with the food. 😞 Then forgot the milk and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Not super busy so someone should recheck orders before they bring them to the table. We enjoyed it once we received it all. As usual always amazing taste.“

When I got to the box to order my food, I knew what I wanted and the lady on the other end, understood me well. She was very friendly and nice and didnt get my order wrong. “I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this Zaxby’s from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately stood out. The dining area, drink station, and even the bathrooms were spotless — something you don’t always see at fast food restaurants, especially during busy hours.

The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The staff greeted customers as they came in, kept the line moving quickly, and still made everyone feel valued instead of rushed. You can tell this location is extremely well managed because the employees worked together smoothly and professionally the entire time.

The food was phenomenal. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and clearly made fresh to order. The fries were seasoned perfectly and still piping hot when they hit the table. Even the toast was buttery and fresh. The sauces were stocked, the portions were generous, and every item looked like it was prepared with care instead of just thrown together quickly.

What really impressed me was how efficient the entire operation was. Even with a steady crowd, the wait time was minimal and orders were being handled accurately and quickly. You rarely find a fast food location that combines speed, quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service this consistently.

This Zaxby’s sets the standard for what a restaurant experience should be. It’s obvious the team takes pride in what they do, and it absolutely shows in every part of the experience. “Brand spanking new. They knocked the old one down and scraped the dirt!!!! Started from scratch and built this one with high ceilings, lots of white tile. Looks very clean! They have 2 kiosk? things where you can punch your order in but I don’t use them. The staff comes to the counter a little slow most times (my only concern) but eventually they get there and take my order. Very nice, give it a try.
I dine in during the week but take out on Wednesday because of $3.99 whopper and I take some to my brother.“

“So check your bag. I ordered just 2 steak dippers totally more than $13. I did not order any sauce but there was two huge handfuls of Fire sauce in the bag for two items which struck me as suspicious. So I looked and felt around the bag to see if my 2 items were there and it was only one… I had to go in and ask for a manager. If someone does not ask for sauce please don’t give two man size handfuls because it is hard to find the two items I ordered
