I dine at the Jersey Mike's on Rollins Way maybe once a month. Today, I decided to wait for my sandwich and take it home. The restaurant was not busy, but call-in orders were the priority. When I entered the store, The lady welcomed me and asked for my order. I order the Portabella Sandwich, a giant size with onions, mushrooms, and jalapeno. A single young man was behind the counter killing it with a line of 5+ people that continued to grow during our time there. Was it fast? Fast as it can be with one dude cranking out orders and still providing good customer service. Unsure what led to just one guy working everything himself, but I was impressed with him.
