Ordered online then waited 20 min. In store. My order had been ready but not put in the pickup area. Also order was incorrect and missing requested ingredients. Why have a designated pickup location if you aren’t going to use it. Employees are busy and working hard and it’s tough to get their attention to let them know you have arrived for a pickup order. It should be put in the pickup area like the app says it is.

My First Disappointment at Jersey Mike's25 Apr 25The subs are normally so good, but today I had my first supar one...and the lady that fixed it was the new Manager. The inside of the bread was soft enough, but for some reason the bread on top kept flaking off. The #13 (Original Italian) normally comes with a good amount of meat, but today the meat was very minimal/skimpy. Lastly, the sandwich was bone dry...not enough oil and vinegar. Come on now JM's! Y'all may need to train the Managers. Hopefully, this was a fluke and my future sandwiches will be as delicious as they always have been in the past.

Bad experience overall. Before picking up my food I made sure my order was correct. He read it back and said yes.I had to wait for the cashier to get off her phone before I could checkout. Dumb me for not opening up my order and checking it there. 1 sandwich was made wrong, another was not even the sandwich I ordered. I called back and the person who picked up was blaming me, the customer, and basically covering for her coworker. I will never come back here again.

Service was very slow, got a Turley sub, wasn't what I remembered. I did gluten free breas which wasn't good at all, what you buy at the grocery was 100 times better. They were out of wheat bread.

Slowest people ever. Always have multiple people just standing around. Multiple health hazards. Nobody having hair nets etc. someone having gloves and than pulling up their pants multiple times is nasty. Orders shouldn’t be 10 mins late.

I don't know about most folks But I can say avoid the tuna they use too too much pepper and it ruined the tunaLeave the pepper to personal choice Jersey Mikes NOT EVERYONE LIKES OR CAN TOLERATE BLACK PEPPER..THAT WASN'T A

I dine at the Jersey Mike's on Rollins Way maybe once a month. Today, I decided to wait for my sandwich and take it home. The restaurant was not busy, but call-in orders were the priority. When I entered the store, The lady welcomed me and asked for my order. I order the Portabella Sandwich, a giant size with onions, mushrooms, and jalapeno. I was disappointed when I got home to see that my sandwich had a small amount of vegetables. My sandwich looked like a mini sandwich spread across the bread like the store was running low on vegetables. I had more bread than vegetables. Which is disappointing, paying $20. There needs to be more consistency with how much vegetables should be on the sandwich each time I have ordered in the past. I will give them one more chance to get this corrected. If not, I will try another Jersey Mike in the city.

A single young man was behind the counter killing it with a line of 5+ people that continued to grow during our time there. Was it fast? Fast as it can be with one dude cranking out orders and still providing good customer service. Unsure what led to just one guy working everything himself, but I was impressed with him.

This store was insanely dirty. The floor was coated with crumbs, all of the tables were dirty, the slicer was grossly covered in old food, etc. They were not busy the entire time I was there. All of the employees were pretty much in the back. Nothing was restocked. There were minimal chips, desserts, and drinks. I wanted a large cookie and not a single one was in sight. They didn't do too well with my order either. They completely butchered what I had asked for. Be sure to write everything down beforehand so they can comprehend. The only reason I'm giving this three stars is because at least the employees were kind.
