This morning, October 18, 2019, I had one of the best Customer Service experiences in many years. However, it was the FIRST " best" customer service experience for me at a Columbus McDonald's EVER!! At the counter was a young lady named Hailey. She took my order, repeated my order back to me for confirmation and, even brought it out to me. Placed my order at 12:15, got my food at 12:50. I don’t feel like I’m over reacting to be upset at a 30+ minute wait. Kept my cool, didn’t complain to the lady bc I get it, it’s lunch time they’re busy, but no “sorry for your wait” got me worked up. Normally the drive thru here is great, so I thought the inside would be good as well. Luckily I’ve got an hour lunch break, otherwise I’d have completely wasted my time.

McDonald's provides great service with wonderful employees who are happy to accommodate large orders. The food is consistently good, with a variety of options like burgers, chicken nuggets, sausage biscuits, and ice cream. While the dining area may need improvement in terms of cleanliness, the drive-through is a convenient alternative.
The manager is quick to address any issues, offering free fries to make up for a burger problem. However, the staff can sometimes appear overwhelmed, and the interior may feel dismal. Customers have expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the touchscreens and the lack of condiments.
Despite these minor drawbacks, this McDonald's location is a local favorite, praised for its excellent customer service. The associates are friendly, and the culture seems positive, with the ice cream machine always in working order.
