This morning, October 18, 2019, I had one of the best Customer Service experiences in many years. However, it was the FIRST " best" customer service experience for me at a Columbus McDonald's EVER!! At the counter was a young lady named Hailey. She took my order, repeated my order back to me for confirmation and, even brought it out to me. The crew working between 4-5pm on 6/11/26 were all stars! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and every table was nice and clean, even in the play area!
I hadn't had McDonald's in about a year and let me tell you.... It sure hit the spot. And look at how cute the sandwich came out 😁. Fries with delicious, iced tea was perfect. Also, there were plenty of napkins in the bag and the lady at the counter that took my order and made my tea was very friendly. Great job guys I so appreciate it 😊😊😊

While the dining area may need improvement in terms of cleanliness, the drive-through is a convenient alternative.
The manager is quick to address any issues, offering free fries to make up for a burger problem. However, the staff can sometimes appear overwhelmed, and the interior may feel dismal. Customers have expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the touchscreens and the lack of condiments.
Despite these minor drawbacks, this McDonald's location is a local favorite, praised for its excellent customer service. The associates are friendly, and the culture seems positive, with the ice cream machine always in working order.
