More than normal wait times at this restaurant and they have messed up several orders. Sometimes the food is cold too. Overall it’s okay this location.
I was picking up for DoorDash mand the order was actually ready!
On a personal note, this the one that I would prefer to go to because everything is always hot and my order is correct.

I feel like most fast food joints only get reviews when they mess up but not when they’ve nailed it. I drove through this McDonalds this evening and ordered the fish filet meal. McDonald's on Airport Thruway offers a mix of experiences. While some find the food good and enjoy the friendly morning staff who remember their orders well, others have encountered issues. Mistakes in orders, overcharging, and cleanliness problems have been reported. The evening crew's service is highlighted as an area needing improvement. Mobile app ordering for the playground area could be more efficient to enhance the overall experience at this location.
The restaurant has received both positive and negative reviews from customers. Some have praised the friendly staff, fast service, and cleanliness, while others have complained about long wait times, greasy floors, and a dirty kitchen. One customer even reported a strong urine scent in the women's restroom. Despite these issues, McDonald's remains a popular choice for those seeking classic fast-food favorites, such as hamburgers, fries, and shakes.
