Church's Texas Chicken is a well-known spot that has seen some changes over time. While there are moments of great customer service and positive energy from the staff, there are still concerns about the food feeling old. The restaurant is convenient for customers, and many have enjoyed their meals, noting that the food can be good. However, issues like running out of condiments and necessary sides remain a point of frustration. Some experiences indicate that while the staff can be friendly, there are occasions when attitudes may not match the positive atmosphere. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with staff being accommodating to families. Overall, Church's Texas Chicken continues to be a favorite for some, but it still has room for improvement.
