Customer service at drive through window less than acceptable--- can't count money, rude...and etc.
Additionally, fries were cold!!
Better than the one on Auburn Ave.
Outstanding customer service especially at the drive-thru I drop in often and this is one of my favorite Zaxby's my diet is limited and upon all of my investigative results this is about the best I can do for fast food and I'm always satisfied excellent employees at this location by the way

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed experiences. Manager Xavier and all the workers are described as friendly, efficient and kind. The restaurant is kept clean, with trash cans emptied regularly, restrooms clean, tables cleared, landscaping kept up beautifully, and a safe parking lot. However, other reviews mention the quality of food has gone down, with toast sometimes being just bread or cold or burnt, and soggy chicken and fries. Employees move slow and food sits in the window for 10 minutes. The drive thru takes 10-20 minutes. Some employees, like Ms. Jayden, are kind and respectful. A suggestion for improvement is for workers to ask before putting Zax Sauce packets on trays or bags.
